DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment processing time:
Typically orders ship within 1-3 business days. Shipping times may vary based on the manufacturer and warehouse location. Items may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays depending on the courier service.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Delivery delays may occur.
Shipping Time
Shipping is from various locations within the United States and Internationally. USPS is the standard carrier within the U.S. International orders will be shipped from the manufacturer’s warehouse with the appropriate carrier.
Average transit times from warehouses to the United States: 3-10 business days.
Average transit times from warehouses to International 17-45 business days.
There are circumstances that we cannot control such as natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc. that may cause shipping to be delayed. While most packages arrive on time, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery as the carrier may experience unexpected delays.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses:
Unfortunately, Busycornr.com cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military locations due to security concerns. We hope you understand.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
If you order more than one product, you may receive more than one tracking number. We utilize various fulfillment centers across the globe as we spend time researching the best quality product at an affordable price. Please make sure your email address is correct when you check out.
Damages
Damages can happen. It isn’t often, yet sometimes a courier will damage your product during transit. Busycornr.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
However, we value you as a customer. Please contact us at support@busycornr.com with a picture of the damaged product and a description of the damage. We will work with our supplier to provide you a replacement product or refund.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Busycornr.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order after it arrives in your country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
