Refund policy
Most of our items are eligible for our 30-day refund policy, if your product is faulty or damaged.
Please email us at support@busycornr.com. Please note the following items need to be included in the email
- Proof of purchase.
- Reason for the refund request. We do not offer refunds if you change your mind. Refunds or only offered on faulty or damaged products
- Photograph of the damaged or faulty item.
- Sale items or discontinued items are not eligible for refunds. If an item is discounted, it can not be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged. If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@busycornr.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-refundable items
Certain types of items cannot be refunded, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not offer refunds for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Downloadable items or locally printed items are not refundable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at support@busycornr.com.
